We do our best to note all notable defects or damages that are beyond good preowned condition. A buyer’s premium is also known as the buyer’s portion of commission and is a fee added on to your bid amount. Be sure to factor the BP into your bids when bidding. . All applicable Ontario sales tax will apply to their sum. Addition to or withdrawal from sale – The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auction items not listed, and reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all the items listed in bulk. Minimum bids – may be placed on some items. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. Dispute between bidders – If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute. Condition of items sold: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by R&T or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises. Payment: All items must be paid for in full by 11am the day following invoice generation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and interac etransfer. Items can be paid for anytime throughout the sale and removed immediately after they have been paid for. All purchases will be subject to 13% HST. Removal: All items must be removed within the time specified forthe auction. . All items left behind without consent of auction management will be deemed abandoned, seized and resold Personal and property risk – Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable due to any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. Records – The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. All lots – to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES FINAL. Shipping is at client expense with handling + shipping cost. Quote will be supplied once invoice is settled . If you require shipping services please inform us when making payment. If you are bidding in multiple auctions, please inform us at that time as well. Handling fee of first lot is $5 and every lot thereafter is $2 plus Canada Post shipping cost only tracked service option Pick up is within the same week (perferably 48 hours) of sale date. Pick up starts at noon on Thursday until 430 pm, then Wed to Sat 9-430pm Last day for pick up is Feb 11th at 430pm Please pay ahead of time and within 24 hours of invoice mailing Be ready to show a paid invoice and ID if credit card is being used. Payment must be settled within 24 hours but pick up can be arranged within the 6 days of the same week.
