The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute. Condition of items sold: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by R&T or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises. Payment: All items must be paid for in full within 24 hours of invoice email, which is sent out morning following auction at latest. . We accept Visa, Mastercard and interac etransfer. Items can be paid for anytime throughout the sale and removed immediately after they have been paid for. All purchases will be subject to 13% HST. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF EMAIL- INVOICES SENT OUT MORNING AFTER AUCTION ENDING Removal: All items must be removed the night of the auction. For vehicle purchases the address of the location of the vehicle will be provided to the winning bidder. R&T has a delivery service as an option to you. All details of delivery must be agreed upon by both parties prior to items being left at an auction site. All items left behind without consent of auction management will be deemed abandoned, seized and resold Personal and property risk – Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable due to any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. Records – The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. All lots – to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
