Once the agreed timeframe has passed the next statements do apply. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP WITHIN THE AGREED UPON TIMEFRAME YOUR LOTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $5 PER DAY PER LOT CHARGE. IF YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 48 HRS OF AGREED PICK UP YOUR LOTS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE. BRING YOUR OWN PAPER AND BOXES TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR LOTS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SALE YOUR LOTS WILL BE LIKELY NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO YOU WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS - YOU MUST CONTACT US BOXES AND PAPER ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS PAYING A HANDLING FEE PLEASE NOTE: All bidders at R&T Auctions acknowledge that they have read these terms and conditions of sale and agree to be bound thereby. A buyer’s premium is also known as the buyer’s portion of commission and is a fee added on to your bid amount. Be sure to factor the BP into your bids when bidding. . All applicable Ontario sales tax will apply to their sum. Addition to or withdrawal from sale – The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auction items not listed, and reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all the items listed in bulk. Minimum bids – may be placed on some items. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. Dispute between bidders – If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute. Condition of items sold: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by R&T or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises. Payment: All items must be paid for in full the evening of the auction. We accept Visa, Mastercard and interac etransfer. Items can be paid for anytime throughout the sale and removed immediately after they have been paid for. All purchases will be subject to 13% HST. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF EMAIL- INVOICES SENT OUT MORNING AFTER AUCTION ENDING Removal: All items must be removed the night of the auction. R&T has a delivery service as an option to you. All details of delivery must be agreed upon by both parties prior to items being left at an auction site. All items left behind without consent of auction management will be deemed abandoned, seized and resold Personal and property risk – Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable due to any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. Records – The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. All lots – to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES FINAL. Licensing This sale is being conducted pursuant, to Schedule 3 to By-law No. 2001-31. Auction conducted by a licensed auctioneer. Shipping is at client expense with handling + shipping cost. Quote will be supplied once invoice is settled . Handling fee is $7.50 for the first item and $2.50 for every lot thereafter plus shpping costs Pick up is within 6 days of sale (perferably 48 hours) of sale date. This is to avoid crowding and stress. Monday AFTER 12 noon until 430 pm and Tues through Saturday of the same week 10-430. Payment must be settled within 24 hours but pick up can be arranged. We do not charge your credit card you must settle this with us. Shipping is at client expense with handling + shipping cost. Quote will be supplied once invoice is settled . Tues - Sat of same week is your max 10-430 COVID 19 PROTOCOL ALL INVOICES MUST BE SETTLED PRIOR TO CURBSIDE PICK UP- ETRANSFER AND CREDIT CARD OVER TELEPHONE IS THE ONLY ACCEPTED WAY OF PAYMENTS DURING THIS TIME within 24 hours of invoice mailing Be ready to show a paid invoice and ID if credit card is being used. Payment must be settled within 24 hours but pick up can be arranged within the 6 days of the same week. LONGER TIMEFRAMES ARE ALLOWED DURING STATE OF EMERGENCY BUT MUST BE DISCUSSED.
